- We just received one of the new A4000 towers for a customer and we are
- in the process of transferring the hard drives (210mb IDE & 105mb IDE
- Syquest) over to the new tower.
-
- We immediatedly discovered that the drive that comes with the unit is
- SCSI. We thought that the new 4000T supported both IDE and SCSI.
- After trying about 5 different IDE drives we finally found one of the
- 5 that appears to work. Is the IDE on these beast that particular
- that it will only support certain brands or models of IDE drives??
-
- Are we missing something.
